関東圏内（特に東京都・神奈川県）を中心に様々温浴・サウナ施設を訪問し、そのサウナ施設の

紹介するサウナは、実際に筆者が訪問したサウナに限定し、実際に実感した施設の素晴らしい点を紹介していきます

This website is a media platform that shares sauna information and reviews, focusing mainly on facilities the author has personally visited.
Based primarily in the Kanto area—especially Tokyo and Kanagawa—the author visits various hot spring and sauna facilities, and reports not only on their:
- Public baths
- Saunas
but also, as much as possible, on other amenities such as:
- food options
- Rest areas
Only saunas the author has actually visited are introduced, highlighting the wonderful aspects of each facility as personally experienced.
