こちらのサイトは、筆者が実際に訪問したサウナ・温泉施設を中心にサウナ情報を記載するメディアです。
関東圏内（特に東京都・神奈川県）を中心とした施設を訪問し、そのサウナ施設の

This website is a media platform that provides information on saunas and hot spring facilities based on the author’s actual visits.
Focusing on facilities mainly in Japan Kanto region (particularly Tokyo and Kanagawa), we cover not only the large public baths and saunas, but also meals, relaxation areas, and other in-facility features.
All the saunas introduced are limited to those the author has personally visited, highlighting the excellent aspects the author experienced firsthand.
